Product Introduction

In response to the waste and pollution of refrigerants in the production and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, RCM0017 achieves three core functions through a fully automatic closed-loop processing system:

  • Efficient recovery: built-in scroll compressor and condensing device, supports liquid/gaseous refrigerant recovery, with a rate of 30kg/h and a residual amount of ≤0.1%;
  • Deep purification: three-stage filtration (5μm coarse filtration + 0.1μm fine filtration + activated carbon adsorption) removes moisture, oil and impurities, and the purity of recycled refrigerant is ≥99.9%;
  • Precise charging: dynamic flow control and high-precision weighing sensor support 10g~300kg wide range charging, adapting to the differentiated needs of household air conditioners to large chillers.
  • The device is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, supports one-click switching of the entire process of "recovery-purification-charging", is compatible with PLC/MES systems, and can automatically generate EPA compliance reports, significantly improving production line efficiency and environmental compliance.
