Product Introduction
In response to the pollution problem of refrigerants during production, maintenance and recycling, RCM0022 improves the purity of refrigerants through a three-stage treatment process (coarse filtration → fine filtration → drying):
Purification module: built-in activated alumina drying bed and 0.1μm stainless steel filter element, remove ≥99.9% of moisture (≤50ppm) and solid impurities, and restore the refrigerant to factory-level purity;
Charging module: high-precision weighing sensor and dynamic flow control technology, support 10g~200kg wide range charging, accuracy of ±0.5g, adapt to the differentiated needs of household air conditioners to large cold storage;
Intelligent control system: 7-inch touch screen displays refrigerant purity, charging volume, pressure and other parameters in real time, supports 200+ customized formula storage, compatible with PLC/MES system docking, and improves the efficiency of automated production lines by 30%.
